LookDiscounts is a local business discovery and promotional platform. It helps users find businesses, offers and business information based on location and category.

LookDiscounts does not normally sell the products or services advertised by listed businesses. Transactions, appointments, payments, fulfilment, warranties, refunds and customer service are generally handled directly between the user and the relevant business.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Notify LookDiscounts promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may request verification before changing sensitive account information or restoring access.

Business owners must provide accurate, current and lawful information about their businesses, including names, categories, addresses, contact details, images and operating information.

New listings, ownership claims and important changes may be reviewed before publication. Approval does not represent a guarantee, endorsement or certification of every product, service or business practice.

LookDiscounts may correct, restrict, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, duplicated, abandoned or inconsistent with platform rules.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring their offers are genuine, accurate, available and compliant with applicable law. Offer descriptions should clearly explain validity dates, eligibility, exclusions and material conditions.

Users should confirm availability and applicable conditions with the business before travelling, ordering or making a payment. LookDiscounts is not responsible when a business refuses, changes or cannot fulfil an offer, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Business owners may purchase optional promotional placements when that feature is available. Placement depends on the selected location, category, duration, start date, available advertising slots and admin approval.

Payment does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, sales or customers. Performance metrics are estimates generated from platform activity and may be delayed, filtered or adjusted to address invalid traffic.

A promotion may be rejected, paused or removed if its business, offer, creative material or destination violates these terms or platform policies.

Prices, taxes and the applicable promotion period will be shown before payment. Business owners are responsible for checking campaign details before confirming a purchase.

Refund, cancellation and rescheduling eligibility may depend on campaign status, start date, slot reservation, payment provider rules and applicable law. The applicable policy should be presented during campaign checkout.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment service provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including text, offers, logos, photographs, replies, reports and documents.

By submitting content intended for publication, you grant LookDiscounts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content for operating and promoting the platform and the relevant listing.

You confirm that you own the content or have the permissions needed to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

You must not use LookDiscounts to:

• Publish false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or claim a business unlawfully
• Post unlawful, harmful or inappropriate material
• Manipulate reviews, clicks, impressions or analytics
• Upload malware or interfere with platform security
• Scrape, copy or automate access without authorization
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized marketing

Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences. Businesses may respond professionally but must not threaten, harass or improperly pressure reviewers.

LookDiscounts may moderate reviews and replies that contain abuse, personal information, irrelevant content, conflicts of interest or suspected manipulation.

LookDiscounts may provide links or actions for maps, telephone calls, WhatsApp, business websites, social platforms and payment providers.

Independent services are governed by their own terms and policies. LookDiscounts is not responsible for their availability, content or conduct.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features to improve the platform, maintain security, comply with law or respond to operational requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, service providers, network conditions or events outside our reasonable control.

LookDiscounts may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account, listing, offer or promotion when we reasonably believe these terms, platform policies or applicable law have been violated.

Where appropriate, users may be allowed to correct information or request review of a moderation decision. Serious security, fraud or legal risks may require immediate action.

Business information, offers, availability, ratings and other third-party content may change. Although LookDiscounts uses moderation and verification processes, it cannot guarantee that every listing or statement is always complete, accurate or current.

Users should independently evaluate a business, offer, product or service before making a decision or payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LookDiscounts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on third-party content or dealings with an independent business.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting LookDiscounts and providing sufficient details.

Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction specified by the final operating entity’s production terms, except where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

These terms may be updated when features, business models, laws or platform operations change. The latest version and effective date will be displayed on this page.

Continuing to use LookDiscounts after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Additional notice may be provided for material changes.
